Property is nice and value for money but it can be batter if they improvise on few points.

the swimming pool was a very bad state, room service was not great, Wifi & TV wasn't working

Location is good and easily accessible. Property was well maintained except few minor things. Staff at the restaurant Sensi was great both at the time of dinner and breakfast. Front office staff and concierge were good too. Liked the variety of food on both morning buffet. Loved the food from Ala carte at the time of dinner too. Restaurant food was value for money. Swimming pool on the terrace was good and the view of the city within the Aravali Valley was incredible. Suggestion: Stay on the right side of the hotel between 3rd to 6th floor, it has best views and big windows.

The surge pricing at the time of long weekend was sufficient to make a hole in the wallet. Wi-Fi was either too slow or wasn't working properly. Staff wasn't able to provide timely support as IT team was not available. Phone wasn't working in room no. 3004. Door lock wasn't working in 3005, informed front desk staff.

The breakfast was good. the staff was cooperative. Loved the location.

the rooms were not properly cleaned, the exhaust fans of the bathroom in both rooms were not working. The gym and spa/steam were not functional. the swiming pool was dirty and seemed like not cleaned for months which was most disappointing. there was no proper sitting arrangement at the pool side where we could have enjoyed the location and the view. TV in the room was not working as the dish had not been recharged.

The swimming pool is dirty, there is snookers table but that’s was not maintained all the sticks were not good to play with. The room landline is not working several times they have only one person at the night to take the housekeeping calls and it kind of tough to the housekeeping service on time also for getting the housekeeping service we need to call several times for just one service.

There was no wifi connection in room, as well as Television remote was not working

Rigid management and staff. No ventilation or exhaust fan in wash room. Not a single Smoking room available in hotel. Very small TV like cheap hotel.

As such nothing. that is overrated very common hotel.

staff was not good. poor service. food was on average. they removed breakfast infront of us without asking that anything we would require. asked coffee /Tea many times. but very late service. dinner was not at all fresh and hot. we were surprised this is service of clarion.. M sorry it was worst exp there.

The stay was pathetic, absolutely waste of money, we stayed for 3 nights and not a single day they could provide hot water in the bathroom, when asked, was told that the machine isn't functional. Forced to bathe with cold water in this cold winter, had no other choice. Ordered room service, price differ, the rates are higher and suddenly you see the inflated bill, reason given that room menus not updated. Ordered pasta for dinner and was served oil, the quantity of oil was too much, when asked, the duty chef was left for the day. Not a single apology. The restaurant staff has no courtesy to take care of guest, nobody bothered to check for water, cutlery, tissues, I mean it's basic. At the time of check-out when asked for discount for the pathetic, simple refused and the front office staff was too arrogant who kept apologising but refused to give discount. We paid the entire amount and left disappointed with the kind of experience we had. Was not expecting this from Clarion and especially www.booking.com because they have awarded them in 2017 and 2018 for best property. Absolutely disgusted!! Note that will never ever book through www.booking.com
